What is The HIRED Program? ​

​

A 5-week interactive career search cohort for Customer Success professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level! In this program, we develop tailored job search strategies, create assets to help us stand apart on interviews (despite the current job market), and practice what they learn in a community setting. 

​

The goal is to go from "I'm sorry to inform you" to "You're HIRED!"

• A solid job search strategy: Develop and refine your job search strategies with feedback and insights from fellow Customer Success professionals.

• Build strong assets and a network (at the same time): Create unique assets for your portfolio, allowing you to stand out among other candidates during interviews.

• An authentic approach to nailing your interviews from start to finish: Practice and apply what you learn directly within our supportive community, enhancing your skills and readiness for your dream job.
