Hey there, I’m Diana De Jesus, I’ve worked in the tech space for the past 7 years and in my most recent years, I’ve been working as a Customer Success Manager for B2B SaaS companies. In 2020, I locked in my dream CSM job at Catalyst, the hottest Customer Success Platform and I was named a top 100 CSM strategist. And then in 2021, I was recognized as one of the top 25 most influential Customer Success professionals. I’ve helped countless people break into Customer Success through my resources and coaching calls. And in this series of sessions, my focus is all on helping you GROW as a Customer Success Manager.
