If you're looking to get clear on your job search strategy (what are you looking for and how to align your skills/experience to a role in CS), need to revamp your resume, and want to sharpen your interviewing skills, this package will ramp you up so you're well on your way to land a job. Whether you're looking to make the switch to CS and have been trying or are a seasoned CS professional, you'll get the tools you need to stand out in this crowded job market. ​ Here's what you can expect from the ramp-up coaching program: Strategy session: Let's get to know YOU and outline a game plan. We'll use my framework to make your transferable skills stand out Alignment session: Matching your experience and skills to CS is going to be key! We'll spend time crafting your stories, transferable skills and getting your narrative to align with CS. Resume review (async, not a session): Get your resume professionally re-written in a customer success way (by a customer success expert–me) General interview prep: Avoid common mistakes, understand where you need to fill in the gaps and get tactics on how to stand out for your upcoming interviews. How will we work together? Each session will be 45 minutes long and you can schedule these on your time. My goal for you is to feel confident throughout your job search and increase your chances of landing the right job for YOU.
